Kayleigh and Louise’s wedding at Vaulty Manor was one of those days that reminds me exactly why I love being a wedding photographer in Essex. From the laid-back morning vibes to a completely packed dance floor at night, their wedding was full of laughter, energy, and genuine moments – the kind that make the best candid wedding photos.
A Stunning Vaulty Manor Wedding Venue in Essex
Vaulty Manor is such a beautiful Essex wedding venue, and it’s easy to see why so many couples choose it for their big day. Set in the countryside, the venue has a relaxed, welcoming feel while still being incredibly elegant. The grounds are perfect for wedding photography, with open spaces, charming buildings, and incredible light throughout the day.
One thing that really stood out was how friendly and helpful the Vaulty Manor staff were. From start to finish, they were approachable, organised, and genuinely invested in making sure Kayleigh and Louise (and their guests!) had the best possible experience. That kind of atmosphere makes a huge difference and helps everyone feel at ease.
Natural, Candid Wedding Photography All Day Long
Kayleigh and Louise wanted their wedding photos to feel fun, relaxed, and natural, and Vaulty Manor is the perfect setting for that style of photography. Throughout the day, I focused on capturing real moments as they happened – laughter between guests, emotional hugs, happy tears, and all the little details that often go unnoticed.
This approach is exactly what I love about candid wedding photography. Nothing forced, nothing awkward – just honest moments that truly reflect what the day felt like. Their guests were clearly having an amazing time, which made capturing genuine reactions effortless.
Sunset & Night-Time Wedding Photos at Vaulty Manor
One of the highlights of the day was heading out for sunset wedding photos. Vaulty Manor offers some gorgeous spots for portraits, and the evening light was perfect. Kayleigh and Louise were relaxed, laughing, and fully enjoying the moment – which resulted in some of my favourite images from the day.
Later on, we also took advantage of the venue for night-time wedding photos. These creative shots added something extra special to their gallery and gave them a real mix of images to remember their wedding by. It’s always worth stepping outside for a few minutes – the results are so worth it.
A Packed Dance Floor & An Incredible Atmosphere
As the evening celebrations kicked off, the energy in the room was unreal. The dance floor was packed, everyone was having fun, and the atmosphere was electric. These are the moments I absolutely love photographing – guests letting loose, big smiles, hands in the air, and unforgettable memories being made.
Kayleigh and Louise’s guests clearly had the best time, and honestly, so did I. Weddings like this are a joy to photograph from start to finish.
